A New Creative Partnership Taking Shape

I am pleased to share that Optimum Creative Media has officially partnered with The Piano Room, a multi functional events venue based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

While work has not yet begun, this partnership marks the start of an exciting journey as plans are currently being shaped around a full rebrand and refresh of the space.

I am looking forward to supporting The Piano Room as its vision develops and helping bring that to life across branding, digital presence, and ongoing promotion.

About The Piano Room in Leicestershire

The Piano Room is a beautifully decorated function room with a modern yet classic twist.

It is a versatile space that has hosted hundreds of events over the years, from weddings and birthday celebrations to christenings, anniversaries, corporate meetings, and football hospitality.

Located on the upper floor of the clubhouse at Lutterworth Athletic Football Club, the venue sits directly above the football facilities and works closely alongside Lutterworth Football Academy.

Both are existing clients of mine, which makes this partnership a natural extension of work already taking place within the club environment.

Alongside private hire, The Piano Room also hosts live entertainment nights and special events.

There are plans to continue bringing live bands, tribute acts, comedy nights, and other events to the venue, welcoming talent from across the Midlands and beyond.

How This Partnership Came About

The opportunity to work with The Piano Room came about thanks to Mick English, following the work I have carried out with Lutterworth Athletic Football Club.

Seeing the impact of that work, Mick invited me to support with rebranding the space and helping shape its next chapter.

A big thank you also goes to Minesh, who co owns The Piano Room, for the trust and support in moving forward together.

What I Will Be Supporting

Once the direction of the rebrand and refresh has been finalised, my role will include

A full brand refresh and relaunch

A complete website overhaul

Ongoing monthly social media management

Content creation to promote events and activity within the venue

The aim is to ensure The Piano Room has a strong, consistent brand presence that reflects the quality of the space and supports its growth as a destination venue in Leicestershire.

Looking Ahead

This partnership is still in its early stages, but I am looking forward to getting started once plans are finalised.

The Piano Room is a fantastic space with huge potential, and I am excited to help shape how it is presented and promoted moving forward.
