Brand Project for Ascot House 104 Limited

We’re excited to share our recent collaboration with Ascot House 104 Limited, a property management company based in the heart of Leicester.

The project involved creating a new logo as well as letterhead and business card designs for the company.

We had the pleasure of working with Director Andy Graham and Property Manager Steven Southwell on this project and thank them for choosing Optimum Creative Media.

Who is Ascot House 104 Limited?

Ascot House 104 Limited is a Leicester-based property management company specialising in residential properties across the city.

Founded in 2018, the company has developed a strong reputation for its professional and reliable service.

They ensure that each tenant’s needs are met and that landlords receive expert support.

The team is dedicated to providing an exceptional service to both property owners and tenants in the Leicester area.

Designing a Industry-standard Logo

The first part of the project was to create a logo that clearly represents the property management industry.

We designed a logo where the letters ‘A’ and ‘H’ merge to form a house shape, symbolising the company’s focus on property and real estate.

This simple yet effective design makes a strong impression while clearly aligning with the industry.

Letterhead Design

Once the logo was finalised, we moved on to designing a letterhead to complement the new branding.

The letterhead features the logo at the top, with business and team member details clearly positioned at the bottom.

This layout ensures the correspondence is professional and cohesive, helping Ascot House 104 Limited maintain a polished image in all their communications.

Business Cards

For the final part of the project, we created new business cards that feature the updated logo and modern font.

These cards not only carry the new branding but also present a clean, professional look, ideal for networking and leaving a lasting impression with potential clients and partners.
